Banana

Banana is good healthy fruits. It could help boost our weight loss efforts plus it’s easy to get in Malaysia.
Rule #1: Eat 1-2 bananas before each meal.
Rule #2: Eat whatever we want for meals but better we follow pyramid food.
This diet will not extremely get our body weight loss in a second but will take times and steady weight loss.
