Coconut is another fruits that can be found in Malaysia. The coconut palm can be found growing throughout most of the tropics, and wherever it grows the coconut is used as a staple food and a source of medicine by the indigenous people. Coconut oil, once deemed unhealthy due to its high saturated fat content, is now widely considered the healthiest oil on the planet. It is also very versatile, and can be used for cooking, medicine, skin care, and it even makes a very effective conditioner for hair. It can also be used to promote healthy hair and skin. It moisturizes both skin and hair, helps fight premature aging and wrinkles, and is even very good at fighting dandruff. Banana

Banana is good healthy fruits. It could help boost our weight loss efforts plus it’s easy to get in Malaysia.
Rule #1: Eat 1-2 bananas before each meal.
Rule #2: Eat whatever we want for meals but better we follow pyramid food.

Sugar Cane

Sugar cane is one famous fruits in Malaysia especially during Fasting Month. It’s really nice and sweet taste. For those who don’t know about sugar cane, so sugar cane is a long plant, with a long think stem and long green leaves at the top. The steam has joints and has no branches. It has the stem or cane that contains the sweet juice from which sugar is made. Some color is yellow and some is black and some are thick and also thin.
It grows in plenty in the countries with moist and warm climate. It grows in Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, USA, China, Malaysia, Java and some other countries.
Most of the sugar canes go to the sugar mills to make sugar. The juice is then treated with chemicals, and heated in shallow pans until the water all goes off in vapor, leaving behind the sugar.
